目的:研究竹节参中皂苷类化学成分,并对其指纹图谱进行初步研究。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂柱、硅胶柱、制备型高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据其理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定;并研究湖北恩施产竹节参药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:从竹节参中分离得到3种皂苷类化合物,鉴定了其中2种,分别为人参皂苷Rd和人参皂苷Re。2个已鉴定化合物在湖北恩施产竹节参药材中含量较低。结论:本试验可为科学评价及有效控制竹节参药材的质量奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of the saponin extract of Panax japonicus and study its fingerprint chromatogram. METHODS: The isolation and purification of this extract were achieved by means of macroporous adsorptive resins column chromatography, silica gels column chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified based on their physico- chemical property and spectral data. The HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Panax japonicus from Enshi in Hubei province was studied. RESULTS: Three compounds were isolated from the extract, of which, two were identified to be ginsenoside Rd (Ⅰ) and ginsenoside Re (Ⅱ), and the contents of the two compounds were low. CONCLUSION: The experiments lay a foundation for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality of Panax japonicus.
