纤维负载钯催化剂对1-溴萘和苯乙烯的Heck反应的催化性能研究

使用改性偕胺肟纤维为载体,制备了偕胺肟纤维-钯(Ⅱ)配合物[AOFs-Pd(Ⅱ)].采用SEM、XRD等手段对其结构进行了表征,并考察了AOFs-Pd(Ⅱ)对1-溴萘和苯乙烯Heck反应的催化性能及反应工艺条件对催化性能的影响.结果显示:在120℃、K2CO3为碱试剂、DMF/H2O=1∶1为溶剂,AOFs-Pd(Ⅱ)用量为0.12wt%,反应8h时,产率达88%.催化剂易于从反应体系中分离,并且可以重复使用6次.

Using the modified amidoxime fiber as a prepared,The catalyst was characterized by SEM, carrier,amidoxime fiber-palladium ( Ⅱ ) complex was XRD,etc. The catalytic performance for Heck reaction of 1-bromonaphthalene with styrene was investigated under different reaction conditions. Results show that in 120℃, K2CO3 as alkali reagent,mixture of DMF/H2O= 1 : 1 as solvent, AOFs-Pd (Ⅱ) the use of 0. 12 wt %, response 8 h,the highest yield of 88% can be achieved. Catalyst was easy to be separated after the reaction and tensed for six times.
