在对创意团队特点及创意方案内涵分析界定的基础上,基于知识发酵理论,提出并构建了创意发酵模型.结合创意发酵模型对创意团队创意方案形成过程的酝酿、萌生、发展以及形成等4个阶段进行了详细分析.从创意发酵微观过程及其知识活动的角度,首先揭示了各阶段中的创意菌株涌现机理、择优弃冗机理、适应进化机理以及动态深化机理,进而从整体上揭示了基于SECI的“知识转化—创意方案形成”机理.最后,提出了提高创意团队创意能力以及促进组织创新的对策建议.
On basis of analyzing and defining the characteristics of creative teams and connotation of creative solutions, the creative fermentation model was raised and built in view of the knowledge fermentation theory. In combination with the creative fermentation model, four phases involving brewing, initiation, development and formation during the crea- tive solution formation process of creative teams were analyzed in details. From the perspective of the microprocess of creative fermentation and knowledge activities, it firstly revealed the emergence mechanism, preferential selection and redundancy abandonment mechanism, adaptive evolution mechanism, and dynamic deepening mechanism of the crea- tive st:rains in each phase, and further wholly revealed the mechanism of "knowledge conversion-creative solution forma- tion" based on SECI. According to the theoretical basis, formation process and intrinsic mechanism of the creative solu- tion of creative teams, it put forward the and suggestions of improving the creative ability of creative teams and promoting the organizational innovation.
