综合人才场理论研究的宏观与微观要素,构建人才环境评价指标体系。采用因子分析、空间自相关分析评价浙江69个县(市/区)对人才的引力及其格局。研究表明:1)影响浙江省县域人才引力的主要是经济科研、人才培养扶持、城市生活三因子,通过各因子的空间差异分析发现,人才环境影响因子具有正相关性且呈现空间集聚特征;2)将浙江省县域各人才引力因子得分进行系统聚类发现,人才引力强的县(市)多集中在浙北地区,并形成以环杭州湾地区为人才吸引核心、以温台城市群为人才吸引次级核心的空间格局。
With taking both macroscopic and microcosmic elements of talent gravity theory into consideration, the evaluation system of talent environment in county dimension was established. Adopting factor analysis and spatial antoeorrelation methods, the pattern of urban talent attraction of 69 counties in Zhejiaug province was assessed. This research revealed that the economical scientific research factor, talents training and support factor and urban living factor were the most responsible impact factors of talent attraction in counties of Zhejiang Province. Besides,it also found that impact factors of talent environmental showed positively correlated which presented spatial agglomeration based on the spatial analysis to each factor. Finally,the conclusion of each impact" factor analyzed by hierarchical cluster indicated that the high level of talent attraction counties mainly distributed in the north part of Zhejiang province where circled with Hangzhou bay as the talent gravity center,while the secondary core of talent attraction was Wenzhou-Taizhou urban agglomeration.
