Antarctic krill meal is one of major krill products. Krill meal has its own attributes in the market demand. Compared with other fish meals, krill meal has its unique attributes in many aspects like palatability, antioxidant properties, etc. , thus with strong market competitiveness. As reported by Tharos, krill oil is relatively high value-added products made from krill meal. Its price is affected not only by Antarctic krill meal prices, but also by many other factors, which directly determines its competitiveness in the market. Tharos has more than 20 years of experience and a global reputation as krill experts, whose products have formed its own production concept. Based on Tharos＇s report,the uniqueness of krill meal, production, prices were analyzed. Tharos believes that the quality of krill meal product is crucial for market competitiveness. Tharos report also raised concerns on China enterprises.
