英文摘要：
The distribution of lin-28 mRNA in C. elegans embryo and adult worm of wild type, lin.4 mutant, lin-14 mutant and lin.4,lin- 14 double mutant were detected by in situ hybridization. The results showed ＇.hat lin-28 mR.NA was found in existence in the embryos and gonad of adult worm, and the distribution did not change in fin.4, lin-14 mutane and lin-4,lin-14 double mutant worm. The distribution of lin-28 mRNA in late stage of larvae of Caenorhabditis elegans wild type and mutants worm did not detected. The results showed that there was a repressive pathway of lin-28 independent of lin-4.
