利用热处理和化学相分析对薄板坯连铸连轧低碳铝镇静钢中AlN的沉淀析出行为进行了试验研究。结果显示,在薄板坯连铸连轧的低碳铝镇静钢中仅有很少量的氮被固定为AlN,大部分氮仍为自由氮,其原因是在薄板坯连铸连轧流程中的连铸出坯、均热、连轧和层流冷却等阶段,AlN在钢中很少沉淀析出。在热轧钢板卷取后的缓慢空冷过程中可以沉淀析出少量的AlN,这些AlN不能起到细化晶粒的作用。
The precipitation of aluminum nitride in low carbon aluminum-killed steels produced by TSCR is studied by means of heat treatment and chemical phase analysis. The results show that only a small quantity of nitrogen is changed into aluminum nitride in low carbon aluminum-killed steel produced by TSCR, and the great mass of nitrogen in steel is still free nitrogen. Aluminum nitride is mainly precipitated during the period of slow air cooling after coiling the hot rolled sheet, but not precipitated during the period of continuous casting before entering the furnace, symmetrical heating in the furnace, hot rolling and water cooling. The aluminum nitride can't refine the grain of steel.
