以自行研制的功能菌为对象,通过菌体生长曲线与基质消耗曲线的比较与分析,研究不同菌混合培养时各菌的生长与单一培养时的差异.结果显示,功能菌FPN、FErn、FCB和F10单一培养时,菌体生长过程服从修定的Logistic方程,最大比生长速率分别为0.248h~、0.207h-1、O.196h-1和0.348h-1.当FPN和FEm为一组、F10和FCB为一组进行两株菌混合培养时,由分离培养基计数得到的各种菌的生长曲线与对应的该菌单一培养时的生长曲线无显著差异,各组的基质消耗曲线与各自对应的菌单一培养时的消耗曲线之和无显著差异;当FPN、FEm、FCB、F10这4株菌混合培养时,混合菌体的生长曲线与单一培养时的菌体生长曲线之和无显著差异,碳源消耗曲线与各菌单一培养时的碳源消耗曲线之和无显著差异.图6表3参21
The differences .in growth of functional strains that were cultivated in mixed culture and monoculture were compared by analysis of their growth and consumption curves. The results showed that when strains FPN, FEm, FCB and F10 were in monoculture, their processes of growth fitted the modified logistic equation, and the calculated maximum specific growth rates were 0.248 h-1, 0.207 h-1, 0.196 h-1 and 0.348 h-1, respectively. When two stains were in mixed culture in pair of FPN and FEm, and that of F10 and FCB, each strain could be counted by using selective media, and the corresponding growth and consumption curves showed no significant differences compared to those in monoculture. When the four strains were together cultivated in mixed culture, no prominent differences were observed in the growth and consumption curves compared to them separately cultivated in monoculture.
