介绍了双机热备的工作原理,Suncluster的系统需求,构造Suncluster系统的基本步骤以及在Solaris环境下,采用Suncluster配置Oracle10g数据库双机热备系统的情况并对双机切换进行了测试。应用表明,采用了双机热备的数据库系统能有效地避免数据库服务器宕机而导致的应用系统拒绝服务,从而使应用系统运行更加稳定、可靠。
We have introduced lhe principle of hol standby in this article, and then used Sun Cluster to configure a database hot standby system under Solaris environment. Applications showed that the hol standby dalabase system could effectively avoid application denial of service while database server was down, so that applications ran more stable and reliable.
