抗坏廊酸是高等植物中一种非常重要的化学物质,在植物细胞中具有抗逆和抗病等许多重要的生物学功能。在病原物侵染植物时,植物可以通过AsA-GSH循环来调节细胞中的ROS,以维持细胞中ROS的平衡:利用ROS清除系统AsA—GSG循环中AsA—GSH氧化还原态的不平衡,来促进过敏性坏死反应的发生,从而产生对病原的抗性,提高植物的抗病性。在此过程中,AsA和GSH起着关键性作用。AsA也可以作为一种分子信号来激活防卫基因来提高抗病性。因此,AsA与植物病理反应调控的研究在国际上比较热门,而国内研究较少,有必要综述介绍。
Ascorbic acid (AsA) is an essential molecule for higher plants. Ascorbic acid (AsA) has a pivotal role in plant cells such as stress resistance, antioxidant, resistance to pathogen attack etc. The plants can use the AsA-GSH (glutathione) cycle to regulate reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and maintain ROS under the reasonable levels in cells during plant-pathogen interaction. And the unbalance in the AsA-GSH redox state may induce the necrotic hypersensitive reaction (NHR) incompatible response. NHR can make high plants get systemic acquired resistance and increase the resistance to pathogen attack. AsA has a key role in the AsA-GSH cycle. AsA also can activate expression of defense genes to enhance pathogen resistance as a molecule signal. So AsA has a pivotal role in resistance to pathogen attack in high plants. It is a very hot area of the function of AsA in plant-pathogen interaction in international, but only few institutions research it in our nation.
