本文对组织文化分类的研究进行了综述,对该领域研究发展的脉络进行了梳理.对文化特质理论、竞争性价值观模型、环境-战略-文化关系模型、反馈速度-风险程度模型、正式-集权程度模型、文化强度模型以及双S模型等主要研究成果进行了评价.结合作者多年对组织文化现象的研究成果提出竞合文化(双C)模型,并探讨了其在实践中的应用。
This paper intends to discover how to build and develop organizational culture which is able to innovate and change. According to the theory, the paper puts forward the theoretical models and the basic hypotheses about the study on entrepreneurial effect on the organizational culture and change-based on four-layer organizational culture model, then validates the theoretical model by LISREL statistic method and gets the optimal model. On this basis, the paper builds a structural model on the optimal model for the studying of entrepreneur's influence on organizational culture and change. Finally, the paper draws some prudent and universal conclusions by validating and discussing the hypotheses based on the model.
