利用直流四端接线法研究了Fe78Si9B13非晶合金晶化过程中杂散热电势与差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线晶化温度的关系,结果显示在Fe78Si9B13非晶样品晶化时杂散热电势发生突变,并和Cu丝与Fe78Si9B13非晶合金组成的热电偶的帕尔帖(Pehier)电势的变化基本一致,说明Fe78Si9B13晶化过程中的杂散热电势也可以表征其晶化过程.
The direct current four-terminal method was applied for the investigation on the relation between electromotive force during crystallization of amorphous FeTs Si9 Bt3ribbon and crystallization temperature of DSC curve. The results show that the mutation occurs at the stage of crystallization of the sample. It is similar with the mutation which was observed on the thermo power ( Pehier electromotive force) of the thermal couple constituted with one part of cooper line and one piece of amorphous Fe78Si9B13ribbon. The results show the electromotive force during crystallization of amorphous Fe78Si9B13ribbon can also characterize the crystallization of Fe78Si9Bl3.
