英文摘要：

The equivalence between control systems with complementary constraints and differential inclusions was studied. The convex analysis was used to discuss two situations： the control system with inequalities constraints and the control system with both linear equalities and inequalities constraints. The functions related to inequalities constraints are convex. In application pratical problems can be solved by constructing different tangent cone and normal cone.
