Public hospital is the emphasis of health service innovation.Medical service price is the key point of public hospital innovation.It affects the accessibility of health service and financial burden of residents.The management system in China has many problems now.The national and international studies is summarized on the basis of description about the development of manage system and the policy advices are summed up.Finally the direction of the study in the future is brought forward.
