在水平井测井、修井等作业过程中,通过电缆牵引器可将仪器输送至井下准确位置,能大大降低成本,缩短作业时间。针对牵引器在井眼中的牵引力、越障能力以及井眼适应能力不足的问题,设计了一种水平井自扶正式电缆牵引器。该牵引器主要由地面控制系统和上、下2组牵引装置组成。牵引装置的传动齿轮机构啮合性好、传动稳定,牵引器控制灵活;呈120°轴向均布的3组驱动机构起自扶正作用,能大大缩短牵引器的整体长度,提高牵引器在井下驱动的稳定性、承载能力和适应井眼能力,增强牵引器在井下作业的柔性弯曲适应能力和越障能力。
Instruments can be conveyed to an accurate downhole position by using a cable tractor during log- ging, workover and other operations of horizontal wells, with greatly reduced costs and less operation time. Considering insufficient traction force, over-obstacle capacity and wellbore applicability of the cable tractor, a self-righting cable tractor is designed for horizontal wells. The cable tractor mainly consists of ground control sys- tem and two groups of traction gears ( the upper and the lower) . The traction gear can realize proper engagement of drive gear mechanism, stable drive and flexible tractor control; three groups of drive mechanisms uniformly dis- tributed by 120° can play a role of self-righting to greatly reduce overall length of the tractor, improve the stability, bearing capacity and wellbore applicability of the tractor during downhole driving, and enhance the flexible bending applicability and over-obstacle capacity of the tractor in downhole operations.
