采用193nm准分子激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)对标准植物粉末样品(GBW07602-GBW07603灌木枝叶、GBW07604杨树叶、GBW07605茶叶、GBW08514烟草)中13种元素(Li,B,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Ba)进行定量测试。向植物粉末样品中添加已知浓度In标准溶液作为内标,经再次细磨后压饼,使用NIST SRM 610玻璃标样为外标对植物样品进行定量测试。并考察了样品颗粒粒度、激光剥蚀坑的形貌特征和压饼样品中的元素均一性对测试的影响。实验结果表明:在193nm波长激光剥蚀条件下,以NIST SRM 610玻璃标样为外标物质对植物标准参考物固体粉末样品进行压饼测试,其分析结果与标准推荐值有较好的一致性。
The 193nm excimer laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)was used for thequantification of 13elements(Li,B,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu and Ba)in the plant samples(GBW070602,GBW070605and GBW08514).Indium standard solution with known concentration was mixed into samples and used as an inter-nal standard.Afterwards the samples were ground again and pressed to disks.NIST SRM 610glass material reference standardwas used as the external standard in the LA-ICP-MS measurements.In contrast to longer wavelength ablation techniques,in thisexperiment a round crater with low deposits could be achieved during ablation.And another study was done on the effect of hom-ogenization over the powder disk.It was clearly shown that the analytical results under the condition of 193nm LA-ICP-MS,using NIST SRM 610as the external standard for analysis of pressed disk of plant sample,are in good agreement with certifiedvalues.
