主要研究重要的工程塑料尼龙6的应力加速老化行为,即对其在应力作用下的蠕变行为、力学性能、组成结构及取向结晶行为进行研究。结果表明,应力作用使尼龙6在老化初期的蠕变急剧增加,并随应力增大而增大,蠕变稳定时间增长。其拉伸强度随老化时间延长先增大后下降,而断裂伸长率降至一稳定值。单纯的应力老化对尼龙6的端基和分子量影响不大,其取向度和结晶度均随老化时间延长或应力增大而升高,在一定程度上抑制了其氧化降解。
The long-term stress accelerating aging behavior of polyamide (PA6) was studied through investigation of creep behavior,mechanical properties,molecular structure and orientation crystallization behavior under varying load and time.The results show that during stress aging at 70 ℃,the creep of PA6 increases rapidly with time and load initially,and tends to be stable in 300 min.Due to the stress induced orientation crystallization,the tensile strength increases first and then shows downward trend with aging time,while elongation at break downed to a stable value,indicating that the stress is not a single role in the promotion or block in aging.The stress aging takes little influence on molecular weight and end-group of PA6.The orientation degree and crystallinity of PA6 increase with load and time,which may inhibit the oxidative degradation of PA6.
