The dynamic control technology is introduced synoptically in this paper. And the average number-extreme control technology is used in construction management of concrete surface in Linkou - Tai Romy segment of Jixi - Nehe road. Practices show that the application effect is good and the construction quality of the project controlled well. The bright future of dynamic control technology used in concrete pavement construction is exhibited.
