对羊草草地在土壤-植物间微量元素锰的动态进行了研究。结果表明:土壤中全锰、有效锰和羊草中锰含量很低。在生长季各时期,全锰和有效锰在土壤剖面从上至下呈下降趋势,有效锰与有机质呈显著正相关,而与pH值呈显著负相关。全锰各月平均含量变化在生长季呈“V”型曲线,7月含量最低;有效锰平均含量在5月—8月与全锰相似,8月后则逐渐减少。羊草各器官及枯落物锰含量有很大变化,总的趋势是:根〉根茎〉枯落物〉叶〉茎;羊草叶的锰含量在生长季中为波动型下降曲线,根茎、根、茎及枯落物的锰含量在生长季中为“V”型曲线。A层土壤富集有效锰的能力较强。土壤中锰活性平均为13.78%,从5月—8月逐渐升高,8月后逐渐下降,10月最低。羊草根部富集的锰平均为土壤有效锰的1.448倍。地下部的锰向地上部的转移强度从5月至10月逐渐下降,平均为0.556。地上部锰向枯落物的转移强度很高,平均为1.398,5月至10月逐渐升高。
An experiment was conducted to study the dynamic distribution of Mn contents between soil and plants in Leymus chinesis grasslands in Songnen Plains. Result shows that Mn contents in both soil and plants are very slow. During the growing season, contents of total Mn and available Mn showed a decreasing trend along the soil profile. Content of total Mn had significantly positive correlation with that of organic matter, but significantly negative correlation with soil pH. Monthly dynamic of the average content of total Mn showed a V-shaped curve in the growing season, and the average content of total Mn in July was the lowest. The changing trend of the average content of available Mn from May to August was similar to that of total Mn, but it decreased after August. Mn contents in the organs of L. chinensis and the litter varied greatly ( root 〉 rhizome 〉 litter 〉 leaf〉 stem). Mn content in leaf decreased with a fluctuation, while Mn contents in rhizome, root, stem, and litter showed a V-shaped curve during the growing season. The soil of A layer had stronger capacity of enriching available Mn. The activation of Mn was 13.78%. The enriched Mn in the root ofL. chinensis was 1.448 times as much as available .Mn in the soil. Mn shift intensity from underground to aboveground with an average of 0.556 gradually dropped from May to October, while shift intensity from aboveground to litter with an average of 1. 398 was very high, and gradually increased from May to October.
