The rapid development of Internet brings up the requirement of controlling Network traffic and flow for Service Providers.Controlling Network traffic and flow must raise service quality,save cost as far as possible,and ensure every links have enough redundancy to deal with sudden change.Combining mature ways of linear programming could realize multi-aim control of Network traffic and flow,and protect network from collapse.
