应用自行设计的外夹式轴拉试验装置,对3种钢纤维体积率的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)试件进行了轴心受拉全过程试验。试验采用变截面弧形过渡的哑铃型试件,配合变厚度铜垫片,解决了外夹式试件易在端部产生应力集中的问题。试验结果表明,在普通万能试验机上不添加任何刚度辅助设施,能够测出钢纤维体积率Vf=1%、Vf=2%时的RPC轴拉应力-应变全曲线,RPC轴拉破坏形式由无纤维时的脆性破坏转为韧性破坏。
Based on self-designed uniaxial tensile test equipment,a series of reactive powder concrete(RPC) uniaxial tensile tests,Vf =0,Vf =1%,Vf =2% respectively,are completed.In order to solve the stress concentration problem,a dumbbell-shaped specimen combined with variable-thickness copper sheet is used in the test and gains a satisfied effect.The test shows that the tensile failure mode of RPC changed from brittleness to ductility before and after steel fiber being added.The test also reveals that the complete uniaxal tensile stress-strain curve of RPC(Vf =1%,Vf =2%) can be obtained through a universal testing machine without any stiffness-strengthen devices.
