知识源在组织知识转移过程中扮演着重要角色。在特许经营网中,产生和传播新知识的主体即知识源能有效地影响着组织知识转移。本文在分析影响组织知识转移的知识源模型基础上,指出知识源的能力、可信度、动机及其在特许经营网络中的竞争程度等对组织知识的转移都会产生影响;通过案例分析,进一步得出,增强知识源的能力、信任以及切实维护网络成员利益,有利于促进特许经营网中的知识转移。
Knowledge source plays an important role in organizational knowledge transfer. In franchise network, knowledge source which engenders and diffuses new knowledge can influence organizational knowledge transfer effectively. Based on analyzing knowledge source influencing organizational knowledge transfer, this article points out that capability, credibility, motivation, and competition of the source in franchise network significantly affects organizational knowledge transfer. By case study, it also brings forward that it is in favor of knowledge transfer in franchise network by enhancing the capability, credibility of the source and sticking up for the benefit of members in franchise network.
