我国城乡建设用地利用存在城镇拓展空间紧缺、农村建设用地却低效利用的现象.为了提高社会经济发展的土地资源保障能力,亟需对城乡建设用地进行空间优化配置以释放空间效应,增加经济供给.首先,阐述了优化配置与适宜度评价间的关系;其次,以栅格为空间单元对城镇土地及农村居民点用地的空间适宜度进行评价,并考虑城镇土地扩张的连续性与居民点整理的可操作性,分别划定了新增区与拆旧区;最后,综合分析了研究区城乡建设用地空间优化配置前后的数量及布局变化.结果表明:空间优化配置后,城乡建设用地平均适宜度由61.67提高至64.26,效益有一定提高;优化配置后城镇土地与农村居民点用地分别为495.81km^2,344.49km^2,空间分布更加集聚有序.
In our country,there is disequilibrium in the process of urban and rural construction land use,which can be manifested by the fact that urban growth is constrained by land resource supply,nevertheless inefficient utilization of rural construction land.In order to rise the support ability of land resource for social and economic development,it urgently need to optimally allocate urban and rural construction land to spatial units to release the space effect,then increasing its economic supply.Firstly,the relations between optimal configuration and suitability evaluation of land resources are expounded.Secondly,growth boundary of urban and subtraction boundary of rural construction land are delimited with the base of suitability evaluation of the urban and rural land with unit of 100meters×100meters grid,considering urban growth spatial continuity and rural land consolidation operability.Finally,the quantitative structure and spatial layout of urban and rural construction land is comprehensively analyzed before and after the optimal configuration process.The results show that the suitability index of urban and rural construction land rise from 61.67 to 64.26 after the optimal configuration,manifesting the increase of land use comprehensive benefit.The number of urban land rise to 495.81km^2,and that of rural land reduced to 344.49km^2,also layout is gathered with well order.
