通过高温固相法制备了用于紫外激发的系列SrBPO_5:Dy~(3+)荧光粉,并对样品进行了XRD分析和发光性能测试。结果表明,合成样品为单一相的SrBPO_5材料;在388 nm紫外光激发下,样品的发射光谱包括485和575 nm两个发射峰。研究了Dy~(3+)浓度,Mg~(2+)加入量,烧结温度以及电荷补偿剂对发射光谱的影响。当Dy~(3+)掺杂摩尔浓度为4 mol%时发光强度最强;随着Mg~(2+)的加入量的增加B/Y峰的强度比不断增加;最佳烧结温度为1 100℃;Na~+作为电荷补偿剂效果最佳。该荧光粉有较强的黄色发射峰,可以增强UV激发的白光LED的黄光成分从而提高其穿透雾霾的能力。
A series of SrBPO_5:Dy~(3+) phosphor used for UV excited white LEDs were synthesized with high temperature solid state method.The XRD patterns and luminescent properties were investigated.The results indicated that the sample was single SrBPO_5 phase.The emission spectrum included two emission peaks locating at 485 and 575 nm excited by 388 nm UV light.The influence of Dy~(3+) ions concentration,Mg~(2+) ions dosage,sintering temperature and charge compensator on the luminescent properties was studied.The emission intensity reaches the maximum when the concentration of Dy~(3+) ions is 4 mol%;the ratio of B/Y increases with the amount of Mg~(2+) ions and Na+ is the optimal charge compensatioa The results showed that this phosphor has a stronger yellow peak,which can raise the yellow emission and enhance the ability of penetrating haze of UV based high transmission white LED.
