发展基于广域测量系统的在线闭环控制是提高电网运行经济安全性的重要途径。针对中长期电压稳定问题,提出了一套基于实时迭代技术的电压协调控制模型和实现方法。首先利用电压准稳态模型建立能准确捕捉中长期动态特征的预测模型,然后采用基于多重打靶技术的直接动态规划法来求解。鉴于模型本身的非线性、参与控制的元件众多和在线应用的需求,进一步引入了初值嵌入技术和在线迭代技术,既保留了模型的非线性特征,提高了控制策略的有效性,又降低了计算量和耗时,将包括有载调压变压器(OLTC)、发电机自动电压调节器(AVR)设定值和切负荷控制在内的各类控制在电压安全的目标下合理协调,为在线控制的目标奠定了基础。以新英格兰10机39节点系统为例,验证了算法的有效性。
Development of wide area measurement based online closed-loop control is an important step to improve the security and economy of power system operation.Focused on the mid-term voltage stability,an online coordinated voltage control scheme is proposed.An estimated model is firstly established based on the quasi-steady-state model to grasp the main dynamics during the process,a direct multiple shooting based simultaneous direct dynamic programming algorithm is then employed to solve the nonlinear optimization problem.Due to the nonlinear characteristics of the model,a large amount of control components,and the requirements of the online application,the techniques of initial value embedding and real-time iteration are further introduced,so that the nonlinear characteristic is preserved,and calculation burden and time consuming is remarkable reduced.Different control candidates including on-load tap changer(OLTC),automatic voltage regulator(AVR) settings and load shedding schemes are well coordinated to enhance the security of the system under critical conditions.The validation and effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation analysis on the New England 10-generator 39-bus testing system.
