玉米重要农艺性状和产量性状插入突变体的筛选

通过对玉米C型胞质雄性不育的两个恢复系Cms—E187—1(Rf4Rf4),Cms—C6233(Rf5Rf5)与3个转座子材料杂交的F.群体进行田间鉴定,在74549株的F1群体中找到表型明显的插入突变体329个,涉及到的性状有玉米C型胞质雄性不育的育性恢复、穗分化、穗部性状、子粒性状以及植株矮化、叶片宽窄、叶皱等农艺性状的突变体,这些突变体的获得为玉米重要农艺性状候选基因的克隆提供了基础材料.

Three Mu transposon materials were used to cross with two restore lines Cms-E1 87-1 (Rf4Rf4) and Cms-C 6233 (Rf 5Rf 5 ) for C-cytoplasmic male sterility in maize, and the F1 population was identified in the field. 329 mutant plants were found in a total of 74 549 F1 population, including the mutants of the restore gene for C-cytoplasmic male sterility, spikelet differentiation, ear related traits, kernel related traits, and some agricultural traits, such as plant dwarf, leaf width, leaf wrinkle. These mutants may provide foundation materials for gene clone in maize.
