Yang Chen was born in Liaoning Province, China, in 1983. He received the B.S. degree from School of Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science ＆ Technology of China （UESTC）, Chengdu, in 2007. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree with the School of Optoelectronic Information, UESTC. His research interests include optical communication, optical sensing and broadband communication. Yong Liu was born in Sichuan Province, China, in 1970. He received his Ph.D. degree from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2004.
