铌基合金由于其高熔点、低密度和优良的综合机械性能而可能成为替代镍基单晶高温合金的首选材料,但抗高温氧化性能差是制约其应用的关键问题。从合金化、晶粒细化和高温涂层3个方面综述了铌基合金抗高温氧化的防护,并分析了研究中面临的问题。
Nb-based alloys offer great potential as important alternative materials to Ni-based alloys due to their high melting points, low densities and excellent general mechanical properties. However, their poor oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures is the key problem to restrain their application. This paper reviews the current oxidation resistant protection technologies of Nb-based alloys in the following aspects: alloying effect, grain refinement and coating techniques, and furthermore, it analyzes the existing problems in the current research.
