本文构建非竞争型投入产出模型,运用动态面板GMM建模技术,从总量和强度探讨1991-2010年我国主要行业能源消耗、碳排放与各类特征承接外包间的动态关联性。研究发现,承接国外中间环节的外包业务是我国出口贸易中引致能源消耗和碳排放快速增长的最主要拉动力量,加工品、基本材料是引致碳排放过度的最主要生产环节,而零配件承接易导致能源总量过度消耗。
This paper constructs a non-competitive input-output 1E-sector mod- el and applies the GMM technology to discuss the dynamic linkage of offshoring un- dertaking, energy consumption and carbon emission of Chinese main sectors from 1991 to 2010. This research shows that the offshoring undertaking of middle seg- ment of foreign production is the main pull power of Chinese export causing the rapid growth of energy consumptions and carbon emissions. Results reflect that the production of processed goods and primary goods are the main segments causing the excessive carbon emissions, while the undertaking of accessory and parts easily cause the increasing total amount of energy consumption.
