为了解决客车在不同载荷下的制动安全性问题,提出一种客车电控制动系统制动力分配控制算法。通过确定制动踏板行程与整车目标制动减速度的对应关系,计算整车载荷信息并根据前、后轴载荷转移情况合理分配各轴制动力。同时,观测各车轮的滑移率并适当地调节制动力,防止由于前、后车轮滑移率的差值过大而影响整车制动稳定性。通过客车电控制动系统硬件在环试验台对所研究的控制算法进行试验验证。试验结果表明:研究的制动力分配控制算法可保证制动踏板行程与整车制动减速度呈对应关系,不受载荷变化的影响;采用载荷控制和滑移率反馈的制动力分配控制算法可在典型制动工况下保证整车制动安全性和舒适性。
In order to solve the braking safety problem of bus under different load conditions, a braking force distribution control algorithm was proposed based on electronic braking system (EBS) of bus. By determining the corresponding relation between brake pedal travel and target braking deceleration of bus, the bus load was calculated to rationally distribute braking force for each axis based on load transfer of front and rear axis. Through observing slip ratio of each wheel, the braking forces were also adjusted to prevent the front and rear wheel slip ratio difference exceeding a certain threshold value, which could affect the braking stability of bus. The control algorithm was validated by utilizing a hardware-in-loop simulation test bench of EBS system. Experimental results show that the braking force distribution control algorithm can ensure that the brake pedal travel corresponds to the braking deceleration of the bus, which isn't affected by bus load changes. The control algorithm can ensure the braking safety and comfort of bus under typical braking condition.
