利用分布式光纤具有的自动化数据采集、测点多、温度信息量大等优点,对西南某在建水电站泄洪洞龙落尾段两仓含有冷却水管的边墙衬砌混凝土不同位置处的温度进行全方位监测,根据两仓衬砌混凝土温度监测数据,从最高温度、温度梯度、降温速率和水管冷却效果等方面对衬砌混凝土升温和降温过程中的温度状态进行对比分析,获得该衬砌混凝土不同位置温度变化规律,指出衬砌混凝土内部温度分布不均匀、降温速率过大是导致混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因,为衬砌混凝土的真实温度性态的仿真提供实测信息,并为现场混凝土温控措施的制定和改进提供切实可行的建议.
Site tests using distributed optical fiber(DOF) was conducted to comprehensively monitor the temperature for different positions of lining concrete with cooling water pipe of a constructing hydropower station in southwest China.The temperature state during temperature rising and cooling was comparatively analyzed based on the temperature monitoring data of two segments lining concrete.The data from the site test indicates that the main causes of crack are uneven distribution of internal temperature and excessive cooling rate of lining concrete.These data can be used to analyze of the real temperature characteristic for lining concrete of spillway tunnel and to improve concrete temperature controlling measures.
