Call Admission Control （CAC） is an important part of wireless radio resource management and an important means which is assured of Quality of Server （QoS） and is improved of system resource utilization efficiency in wireless networks. It was briefly described of RRM basic model and CAC objectives in wireless networks. At the same time, it was focused on analyzing typical CAC algorithm in wireless networks. Finally, research direction of CAC was looked into the future. All of which is important practical significance and reality necessity when wireless networks is deployed and applied.
