针对需要铣削或车削的粗加工零件,提出一种基于中间模型的、从设计特征模型向加工特征模型的逐步转换方法.在提出最大加工体概念的基础上,基于设计特征历史逐步生成基本最大加工体;并根据基本最大加工体的来源特征类型合并产生新的最大加工体,所有最大加工体及其加工参数构成了中间模型;最后基于加工优先规则和用户交互策略实现中间模型向加工特征模型的逐步转换.实例结果表明,该方法能够生成有意义的多种加工解释,用户可以自动或者方便地获得合理的加工特征解释.
An incremental intermediate-model-based approach to convert design feature model to machining feature model is presented for the class of rough machining parts produced by milling or turning operation. A new concept named Max Machining Body (MMB) is proposed. The proposed method consists of three steps. Firstly, all the basic MMBs are generated incrementally based on the design feature history. Secondly, new MMBs are generated by merging the basic MMBs according to the types of their original features. Lastly, the intermediate model, which is composed of all the MMBs and their relative machining parameters, is converted to the machining feature model incrementally based on the machifiing priority rules and the user interaction strategies. The examples show that the proposed method can generate multiple meaningful machining interpretations, thus the user can obtain a reasonable machining feature interpretation automatically or conveniently.
