基于大连市纯电动汽车使用意愿SP调查数据,研究里程焦虑对日常出行选择电动汽车的影响.从计划出行距离和剩余电量相对关系角度提出量化里程焦虑"有效出行距离率"指标,建立包括里程焦虑、出行费用、出行时间及出行目的等因素的离散选择模型,定量分析里程焦虑对纯电动汽车使用意愿的影响.结果表明,当前技术发展水平和普及程度条件下,如果在工作出行途中没有机会充电,里程焦虑导致电动汽车仅在剩余电量理论最大出行距离的32.7%距离范围内出行有吸引力,如果有机会充电,则该范围提高到83.3%.但纯电动汽车的选择使用概率对里程焦虑程度的2项指标都缺乏弹性.
In order to investigate the impact of mileage anxiety on the intention to use pure electric vehicle(EV)for daily travel,an SP survey of intention to use pure EV is conducted in Dalian.The mileage anxiety is quantified by considering both the planned travel distance and the remained state of charge,based on which the concept of‘ratio of effective travel distance'is proposed.The discrete choice model is employed for analyzing the impact of mileage anxiety,travel costs,travel time,purpose and other factors.Results show that in current stage of EV technology and relative lower popularity,EV could be attractive for working trips only within the range of 32.7%of the theoretical maximum travel distance of state of charge due to commuters' mileage anxiety if no charging station is available,while it may increase to 83.3%if EV could be recharged during the whole round-trip.However,the choice probability of using pure EV is inelastic for both indexes of mileage anxiety.
