运用DEA非参数Malmquist生产率指数测算了我国制造业28个分行业的技术升级情况,利用2002—2015年制造业行业层面数据,进一步实证检验了FDI技术溢出和自主研发对制造业技术升级的影响。研究发现:总体上FDI技术溢出和自主研发对我国制造业技术升级有正向影响,自主研发对技术升级的促进作用强于FDI;FDI技术溢出对制造业技术升级的促进作用更多是由前向关联促进技术进步带来的,且FDI技术溢出存在门槛效应,当消化吸收能力增强时,FDI的水平和后向溢出效应随之增强;分组回归结果表明,不同形式FDI技术溢出在异质性行业中有差异。
This paper uses DEA nonparametric Malmquist productivity 28 manufacturing divisions in China over the period 2002-2015 while index to measure the technology upgrade of taking into account the factors of FDI technology spillovers and independent R&D.
