由于磁流变液阻尼器对高频隔振效果不佳,现在磁流变液阻尼器多用于低频减振领域。为了提高磁流变液阻尼器对高频振动的隔振效率,提出了在磁流变液阻尼器的活塞杆底部加弹性连接的新结构,分析其隔振效率,并对其进行模态分析和力学性能分析。最后利用Simulink模型仿真验证了磁流变液阻尼器新结构对电机隔振的有效性。
Due to the effect of magnetorheological fluid damper on the high frequency vibration isolation, now magnetorheologieal fluid damper was chiefly used in the field of low frequency vibration damping. In order to improve the vibration isolation efficiency of magnetorheologieal fluid damper for high frequency vibration, a new structure with elastic connection at the bottom of the piston rod was presented. Its vibration isolation efficiency was analyzed, then the modal analysis and mechanical property analysis of the magnetorheological fluid damper was carried out. Finally, Simulink model was used to verify the effectiveness of the new structure of magnetorheological fluid damper on the vibration isolation of the motor.
