综述了青岛理工大学润滑理论研究团队对弹性流体动力润滑(简称弹流润滑)两种反常现象和与之相关的热粘度楔润滑机理研究的主要成果.本研究从理论上完整揭示了弹流润滑中热粘度楔效应的重要作用,证明了学术界前辈对零卷吸条件下热弹流润滑膜的存在和关于热粘度楔效应猜想的正确,并完成了对Kaneta表面凹陷的理论解释与数值仿真.Kaneta表面凹陷现象是Kaneta等1992年发现的,为了理解Kaneta表面凹陷,各国学者先后提出了五六种尝试性理论或假说,而本研究的数值仿真雄辩地证明了这种现象产生于热粘度楔机理,从而引起了学术界对热粘度楔效应的重视.
The main achievements made by the research group of lubrication theory at Qingdao Technological University in the study on the two types of abnormal phenomena in elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) are reviewed. The importance of the thermal-viscosity wedge is fully revealed by the new theory. The correctness of the guesswork done by the older generation regarding the existence of the thermal EHL film under zero-entrainment conditions is proved. The Kaneta's dimples are simulated numerically. Since the surface dimples in EHL was discovered by Kaneta and coworkers in 1992, in order to understand such phenomena, a number of testing theories have been proposed, however, our theory has proved eloquently that Kaneta's dimples were generated by the mechanism of the thermal-viscosity wedge, consequently, the importance of this mechanism has received a great attention among the EHL researchers.
