采用AlCl_3改性麦糟和Na OH改性麦糟分别处理酸性湖蓝A和碱性湖蓝BB,研究了不同pH、吸附剂投加量、时间和温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:改性麦糟对酸性湖蓝A吸附反应的最佳条件在室温下,初始染料色度为500倍,溶液pH为3,吸附剂投加量5 g/L,反应时间30 min,脱色率达93%;改性麦糟对碱性湖蓝BB吸附反应的最佳条件在室温下,初始染料色度为500倍,溶液pH为9,吸附剂投加量3 g/L,反应时间30 min,脱色率达99%。且吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,其相关系数均在0.999以上。实验处理后废水色度在50倍以下,水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。
The spent grains were modified by AlCl_3 and Na OH respectively to adsorb Acid Turquoise Blue A and Basic Turquoise BB. The influences factors such as pH,adsorbent dosage,time and temperature on the adsorption effect were investigated. The experimental results showed that at room temperature,when initial dye chromaticity of Acid Turquoise Blue A was 500 times,the solution pH 3,adsorbent dosage 5 g/L and reaction time 30 min,the decolorization effect arrived to 93% by spent grains modified with Al Cl3. Meanwhile at room temperature,initial dye chromaticity of Basic Turquoise BB was 500 times,the solution of pH 9,adsorbent dosage 3 g/L and reaction time 30 min,the decolorization effect was up to99% by spent grains modified with Na OH. Both the adsorption processes are so accorded with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model whose correlation coefficients are correspondingly above 0.999. Besides,chroma after experimental treatment is all below 50 times,which satisfies the Grade I of Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
