白细胞介素4( IL-4)主要是活化T细胞产生的,来源于多种细胞的细胞因子。 IL-4对人体多种细胞具有生物学转化作用,IL-4与效应细胞表面IL-4Rα结合,促进靶基因转录,其生物学信号转导主要通过JAK-STAT通路、Ras-ERK通路、PI3K-PKB 通路三种途径。 IL-4对肿瘤、过敏性疾病、类风湿关节炎、造血干细胞移植、妊娠、再生障碍性贫血、缺血性心脏病、疫苗免疫等疾病具有多重生物学功能和治疗作用。
Interleukin-4(IL-4) is mainly produced from the activated T cells,a cytokine derived from a variety of cells. IL-4 has a biological conversion function to a variety of cells in the human body:IL-4 com-bines with IL-4R alpha on the effector cell surface,promoting the transcription of target genes,and the biolog-ical signal transduction is mainly through three ways of JAK-STAT pathway,Ras-ERK pathway,and PI3K-PKB pathway. IL-4 has many biological functions and therapeutic effects on tumor,allergic disease,rheuma-toid arthritis,hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,pregnancy,aplastic anemia,ischemic heart disease,and vaccine immunity etc.
