在TiO2/Ti—Cu双转盘液膜反应器基础上进行改进,研究制备了以不锈钢为基底的TiO2/Steel/Cu复合转盘液膜反应器(CRPC—Steel),用于对染料活性艳红X-3B的脱色研究,并对脱色条件进行了优化。结果表明:CRPC—Steel在酸性条件下处理50mg/L活性艳红X-3B 30min,脱色率可达86.9%,较TiO2/Steel单转盘提高了64.4%,也优于TiO2/Ti—Cu双转盘液膜反应器。最佳脱色条件为:初始浓度为20mg/L,pH=2.5,Na2SO4为2.0g/L,转速为60rpm。改进的CRPC—Steel降低了反应器成本、简化了实验装置、初步克服了不锈钢基底不耐酸的缺点,为该技术的工程应用奠定了进一步的研究基础。
A new TiO2/Steel/Cu Complex Rotating disk thin-film photocatalytic reactor (CRPC-Steel) was developed based on the TiO2/Ti-Cu Dual Rotating disks cell thin-film photocatalytic reactor, and was successfully applied to the de-colorization of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B (RBR). Results showed that under the acid condition, the color removal efficiency of 50 mg/LRBR by CRPC-Steel within 30 rain reached 86.9 %, which is 64.4 % higher than TiO2/Steel single rotating disk thin-film photocatalytic reactor, and also better than DRPC-Ti. The best experimental conditions were: initial RBR concentration=20 mg/L, pH=2.5, Na2SO4 =2.0 g/L, rotating speed=60 rpm. The improved CRPC-Steel costs much lower than DRPC-Ti, and the experimental device was simplified.
