随着煤炭行业黄金期的结束,煤炭市场供大于求的问题逐渐凸显,煤炭企业生产决策的重点也由关注产量向控制成本的方向转变,然而考虑到煤炭企业的地质条件和生产安全等因素,降低单位生产成本有一定的困难。因此,本文提出在保持现有的单位生产成本的情况下,以生产和存储的总成本最小化为目标,运用动态规划的方法构建企业的生产决策模型,并通过对同煤集团某矿生产数据的实证分析,验证了本模型的有效性。
With the end of coal industry golden period, the coal market oversupply problem gradually highlights, the focus of production decision to the coal mines shifted from production to cost. However, due to complex geological conditions and the safe production, there is some difficulty to reduce the unit cost of production to the coal mine enterprises. So aims to minimizing the total cost of production and storage, this paper puts forward to build the production decision- making model of the coal mine enterpriseunder the condition of the existing unit cost, by using the dynamic programming method. And then, with the empirical analysis to the data from one coal mine affiliated to Datong Coal Mine Group data, the validity of thisproduction decision-making model is verified.
