对不同含钒品位石煤,采用H2SO4和HF按比例混合,反应过程加入NaClO的常压直接酸浸方法。在可行性实验基础上,考察了反应时间、反应温度、H2SO4用量、反应液固比、HF用量、NaClO用量等参数对钒浸出率的影响,比较了各参数对钒浸出率影响的规律性。结果表明:钒的赋存状态对浸出影响很大,四价、五价钒含量越多越易浸出,选择最佳工艺参数进行实验钒的浸出率不低于85%。实验均采用一段浸出,既缩短了工艺流程又降低了成本。
The stone coal with different grade of vanadium was directly acid leached with a proportion of H2SO4 and HF, mixed with NaClO at the reaction time. The effects of time, temperature, dosage of HeSO4, liquid-solid response, dosage of HF and NaClO on vanadium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that different stone coal have the same leaching laws, the experimental vanadium leaching rate is up to 85 % under the best technical parameters.
