猪病频发是当前我国养猪业面临的重大现实问题,抗病育种已被公认为猪病综合防控的重要环节。猪的抗病育种研究是当前国内外学者高度关注的领域,并取得一系列重要的研究成果。本文主要对猪抗病育种的内涵,抗病性状的遗传特性,国内外学者应用候选基因法、基因组扫描和转录组方法对猪抗病育种的研究进展,以及猪抗病新品种（系）的培育情况进行了较为详细的综述,以期对国内畜牧兽医科研工作者大致了解本领域的概况与新进展提供参考。

英文摘要：

Pig disease has currently become a serious problem in Chinese pig industry, and anti-disease breeding has been recognized as an important part of pig disease control. Studies on anti-disease breeding of pig have been a greatly concerned issue for researchers worldwide, and a series of research achievements have been achieved. This article expatiated the meaning of anti-disease breeding, genetic characteristics of anti-disease traits, progress in anti-disease breeding involving in candidate genes, genome scans and transcriptome, and description of new breeds（lines）achieved by anti-disease breeding. The purpose of this review is to provide the husbandry and veterinary researchers have a rough idea of the overview and new development in this area.
