以我国华东地区多家企业的179名知识型员工为样本,采用问卷调查方式对支持型管理和任务复杂性与知识型员工创造力的关系以及创意自我效能感在这些关系中的中介作用进行了实证检验。结果表明,支持型管理和任务复杂性分别对知识型员工创造力具有显著的正向影响,创意自我效能感在支持型管理和任务复杂性与知识型员工创造力之间发挥重要的中介作用。最后对研究结果的意义和未来研究方向进行了讨论。
Using a sample of 179 knowledge workers from different enterprises in East China via questionnaires, this pa- per tests the relationship between supportive supervision, job complexity and creativity, and the mediating role of crea- tive self-efficacy. The results show that supportive supervision and job complexity are positively associated with creativity of knowledge worker, and these relationships are mediated by creative self-efficacy. At last, it discusses the implications of these findings as well as future research directions.
