低空高速下的整流罩分离技术,是提高飞行器运载能力和实现特殊弹道的需要,它与目前的常规整流罩分离相比多因素耦合更强,技术难度更大。介绍了目前整流罩的类型及与其相适应的分离方式;阐述了低空高速状态下整流罩分离中气动力计算、罩体结构设计和分离过程运动与动力学计算的国内外研究发展现状。依据工程实践,考虑低空高速整流罩分离复杂工况,提出基于动力学仿真技术的研究思路,并通过对应用实例的结果分析,总结了低空高速整流罩分离技术目前存在的问题及其发展趋势。
The separation technology of fairing under low altitude and high speed is urgently needed to improve the carrying ca pacity of the aircraft and meet the demand of the special trajectory. It requires more attention on the coupled multifactor and is diffi cult to achieve the goal, compared to the current conventional fairing separation. Focusing on the separation technique of the lowalti tude and highspeed fairing separation movement, the vital difficulties and development were summarized according to the type of fairing, separation methods, and technical difficulties. Then the researches on aerodynamic calculation of fairing, the structure design of fairing cover, the calculation of kinematics and dynamics during the separation process were described in detail. Based on the en gineering practices and considering the complex working condition, a method based on dynamics simulation to study the lowaltitude and highspeed fairing separation movement was proposed.Based on the results from the application case ,the existing problems and trends of its development in future were presented.
