目的:探讨对消化内科病房低年资护士实施全程导师制带教模式,提高低年资护士的护理水平和患者满意度。方法:选取我院消化内科2011-2014年低年资护士40例,随机分成两组,试验组采用全程导师制的带教模式,对照组采用常规带教模式,比较两组的理论知识、技术操作以及病人的满意度。结果:消化内科对低年资护理人员采用全程导师制带教模式的理论和操作得分以及病人对护士满意度均高于传统组且差异有统计学意义,试验组满意度是88.95%,而对照组是73.46%。结论:消干0内科中病房中对低年资护士中采用全程导师制带教模式规范化培训能够显著提高护理工作质量和患者满意度,是护士培训的有效方式且具有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective: to find out problems and risk factors of using mobile medical apps. Methods:2376 parturient women used medical mobile apps. Their knowledge on health management, breast feeding and newborn care was tested before and after using the app. Resuits : Their knowledge on balanced diet, circulating indoor air, the proper amount of exercise, birth contrel during breast feeding period and breast feeding methods had significant improvement after using the app. Conclusions: medical mobile app can have better implementation results if problems in the wireless infrastructure are solved.
