The notion of( Ag ) type R- weak commutativity of mappings and a new class of Φ -contractive mappings are introduced to probabilistic metric space. Utilizing the noncompatibility and (Ag)type R -weak commutativity of self - mappings and the new contractive condition, some new fixed point theorems are obtained without the completeness of the space and the continuity of the mappings, which turned out to be the generalizations of some important results.
