钢管混凝土系杆拱桥在浇筑拱肋内混凝土时,由于各种因素影响,经常出现实际浇筑方案与理论浇筑方案间存在差异的问题。为此,采用三维有限元分析软件MIDAS/civil模拟钢管混凝土哑铃型截面拱肋内混凝土浇筑的7种工序,分别从位移和应力角度对比不同浇筑方案之间的差异,找到拱肋内混凝土的最佳浇筑方案,指出其他6种浇筑方案的不合理性,并量化给出这6种浇筑方案与最佳浇筑方案间位移和应力的差异。研究结果表明:先横向左、右下弦管同时对称浇筑、再横向左、右上弦管同时对称浇筑是最佳浇筑方案,在混凝土实际浇筑施工中应尽可能采用此种方案。
Due to many factors, the differences between actual plan and theoretical plan often existes during theconstruction of concrete pouring in the tied arch bridge of CFST. The 3 D finite element analysis software MIDAS/civil was used to simulate 7 kinds of pouring conditions of concrete in the dumbbell - shaped section of CFST.Comparing the displacement and stress between different pouring plans respectively, we found the best pouringplan of concrete in the arch rib, and pointed out the irrationality of other 6 pouring plans. Thenquantitatively thedifference of displacement and stress between the 6 kinds of plans and the best pouring plan was given. The re-sults show that the plan of left and right lower tube symmetrical pouring at the same time and then left and rightupper tube symmetrical pouring at the same time is the best pouring plan, This plan should be elected in the ac-tual pouring construction as soon as possible.
