现有的圆的渐开线插补方法没有利用弧长作为计量方式的算法,基于该情况,提出一种新的渐开线插补算法。分析曲线曲率与插补误差的关系,确定使用直线加减速算法控制插补速度。依据数字增量插补算法原理,根据进给速度和插补周期,确定每步的进给弧长。利用弧长公式求出渐开线的弧长表达式,根据前一个插补点的滚动角确定相邻插补点的滚动角及坐标,计算出各个坐标轴的进给量。该方法既保证加工质量又保证加工速度,即为高精高速的渐开线插补新算法。
At present, there is no method to interpolate the involute using arc lengtlx Based on this condition, a new method is proposed to interpolate the curve. In the new method, the curvature of the involute is analyzed to determine using the linear ac- celeration and deceleration algorithm to control the speed. On the basis of the data sampling interpolation method, with the cer- tain feed speed and interpolation cycle, the feed length of each step the method is calculated. The arc length formula is used to get the involute length expression. Then the rolling angle is found out and the value of the nearest interpolation point is coordina- ted according to the former one, and finally the feed of each coordinate axis is calculated. The new involute interpolation algo- rithm can ensure not only the quality but also the speed, which satisfies the high speed and high precision requirement.
