MBR近年来在污水处理领域得到了广泛的应用,MBR系统的运行条件对污水的处理效果有一定影响。通过实验手段来研究MBR系统的水力滞留时间、开停时间比及曝气强度对污水中COD去除效果的影响。结果表明,COD去除效果最佳时的水力滞留时间为3h,开停时间比为9min:3min,曝气强度为500L/h。
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) has been widely applied to wastewater treatment in recent years. Wastewater treatment can be partly affected by the operating conditions of MBR system. In the present work, the effect of MBR operating conditions which contained hydraulic retention time, on/off radio and aeration intensity on the COD removal in wastewater was carefully studied. The result showed that the COD removal efficiency was the highest when the hydraulic retention time was 3 h, on/offradio was 9 min:3 min and aeration intensity was 500 L/h.
